Eyesight restored?

Japanese researchers are launching an iPS cell trial for an untreatable eye disease, challenging ongoing embryonic stem cell trials.

  1. Japanese researchers are successful to do stem cell research becaseu they don't have any restriction or limitation like we have here. No law suite for stem cell research.

  2. Wow, hope all goes well with this. Considering that I'm being tested for glaucoma. Regardless, I'm very pleased that there is plenty of research into induced pluripotency considering the potential.

  3. Since a lot of research goes into age-related macular degeneration, it would be interesting to see if iPSCs would have any success in eye-related diseases and resotring vision
